Evaluation helps you to answer to key questions of the existence of your project or programme including relevance?, cost effectiveness?, efficiency?, replicability? and sustainability? We need to evaluate our work because we need to be accountable for the resources that we use because resources are scarce and if they are used on one project/programme, then it needs to give us a good value for money or return on investment.
One of my favorites; I’ll definitely be using this one in upcoming Evaluation 101 trainings. Thanks Chris!
