I'm stuck in a rut.
There is a ton that I want you to know. Things that I get asked. Things I feel evaluators would find valuable. Things that keep me up at night.
But for some reason they just sit in my head. I need to shake them loose.
Starting today I'm a daily poster again. Following the advice of Seth Godin. Advice that I have tried, dismissed, and advised against at different points in my blogging life.
The cartoons will continue, just one at a time.
For my Patrons, you can expect the editable cartoons in a weekly PowerPoint. You can also expect more guides.
For my email followers, after today I'm going to switch to a weekly digest. That will be the default. I'm considering a daily option as well but only if there is enough demand, so let me know.

Having taught technical/scientific writing for many years (and writing about evaluation counts as technical writing), the other adage I try (unsuccessfully) to abide by is “Schedule time to write (daily) and PROTECT that time.”

It’s good advice. I wake up each morning an hour before I need to wake up and that’s when I write. The problem for me, is that if I don’t have a deadline I lose focus and write less. This blog and my Patrons, keep me on task.
