I don’t know how many times over the past several years I’ve recommended this little free gem to colleagues. When you install CutePDF it sets itself up as a printer. Then the next time you go to print anything you have the option to print directly into PDF. It works from any application (web browsers, word, excel, etc.), if you can print it you can PDF it.
