Moving Data, inspired by Cidar Mendizabal

I asked Data architect and Salesforce expert Cidar Mendizabal about the biggest challenges he faces on a regular basis.  His answer was around data migration and the need for thoughtful decision making around what data should be migrated.
He used the analogy of moving from a multi-bedroom house to a small studio apartment.  I pulled that into the cartoon above.
